What are your shipping methods?

We offer the following ship methods and may use carriers FedEx, UPS or USPS. We cannot guarantee a particular shipping carrier. All shipments include tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Please provide street address since we can not guarantee that an order can be shipped to a PO Box.

Economy - Available for light weight orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Rates are calculated during checkout and start at $6.25. Just add your item(s) to your shopping cart and enter your zip code to see if the shipment qualifies. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time and up to 10 days transit time.

Ground - Order shipped within the 48 contiguous United States use set Ground Rates shown below based on the merchandise total. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time in addition to 1-6 business days Shipping Transit Time from our Michigan warehouse. Transit times are not exact because some orders may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Rates for other US locations including Alaska and Hawaii are calculated during checkout based on merchandise weight and zip code.

Fast Shipping Within The USA - Priority 1 Day, Expedited 2nd Day, Saver 3 Day rates are calculated during checkout based on merchandise weight and zip code. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship out that business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. (Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday). Priority 1 Day delivers by 10:30AM to most addresses.

International - All rates are calculated based on merchandise weight during checkout. UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Saver orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship out that business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. (Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday). For USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard please allow 1-3 business days processing time plus transit time. Transit times vary by location and ship method from one day up to 3 weeks.

What are your shipping rates?

The best way to see all available shipping rates and methods is to add items to your shopping cart and enter the postal code and/or country for your shipping address. Below you will find tables of the shipping rates for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous US states. For other locations, rates are based on product weight.

Will I need to sign for my package?

We do not require a signature for your package to be delivered, although delivery drivers may be unwilling to leave packages without a signature if they feel that it may not be safe.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Inside USA 48 Contiguous States

Ground - Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the shopping cart page during checkout.
Note: Custom imprinted orders can take 3 to 3-1/2 weeks (see the Imprinting FAQ page for further information).

Economy - Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Transit time is usually a few days longer than Ground.

Priority 1 Day, Expedited 2nd Day, Saver 3 Day Select - Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship out that business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. (Example: Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday). Delivery dates will be displayed on the shopping cart page during checkout.

Outside USA 48 Contiguous States

USPS Priority Mail - This is only available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO military addresses. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time and 3-5 days transit time for Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Standard - Please allow 1-3 business days processing time, 1-2 weeks transit time to Canada and 2-4 weeks transit time everywhere else. (Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and customs brokerage fees).

UPS Worldwide Expedited - Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship out that business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. (Example: Orders placed Friday at 1:00PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday). Transit times are as follows: Canada 2 business days, Mexico 2-3 business days, Europe 3-4 days, Asia and Latin America 4-5 days. (Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and customs brokerage fees).

UPS Worldwide Saver - Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship out that business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. (Example: Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday). Transit times are as follows: Canada 1 business day, Europe and Latin America 2 business days, Asia 3 business days. (Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and customs brokerage fees).

Occasionally products may be on back-order due to high demand or manufacturing problems. We usually contact customers about back-ordered merchandise via email. Please add getsmart@pfile.com to your safe sender list.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

If you have supplied us with a valid email address when placing your order, you should receive an email the day after your order ships with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within a few days of placing your order you can Contact Us for order status. You can also obtain order status and tracking information by clicking on the Order Status button, which is located at the top of any page and entering your order ID number, email address and zip code to get the latest order information available.

Can I track my order?

You can track your shipment by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by contacting us for your tracking number and entering that information into the tracking box on either the Fed Ex, UPS or USPS websites.

What if I did not receive all the items I ordered?

In most cases this means that the items were not all shipped together. There may have been a back-order and other items will ship when available. This is usually shown on your packing slip. It is also possible that items are coming from different warehouses due to availability and will not arrive together. If you have any questions you can always Contact Us for exact item status.

My tracking information states "Delivered" but I haven't received anything.

This is a very rare event, however, if this does occur, please do the following:

1) Ask other household members, neighbors or your doorman if they have accepted the package for you. If the delivery address is a business, check with the front desk to see if someone there accepted delivery on your behalf.

2) Take a quick look around your property. Carriers tend to leave packages in safe locations, such as under the porch or bench, at the back door or around the garage area.

3) Check your mailbox thoroughly. Sometimes smaller items are overlooked inside.

4) Look for an attempted delivery notice on your front door. If the carrier feels it is unsafe to leave your package at your residence or business, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice.
